Retail Partner Part Exchange Scheme

This is a scheme offered at fellow bike shops, but for those specialising in the sale of new bikes.

Why would this benefit your bike shop?

It’s simple,  it will help you sell more bikes. 

 

By offering a part exchange service to your existing customer base will make it much easier for you to push sales over the line. It means your customer won’t have to go through the hassle of trying to sell their bike privately to free up funds. Instead they’ll get offered a fair quote for their current bike which they can put towards one of your inventory.

 

Of course this is mutually beneficial as it also helps us source new stock.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. You advertise to your customer base that you are now offering a part exchange service

  2. The customer shares the relevant pictures of the bike with you and you forward these on to us

  3. We then get straight back to you with a valuation

  4. Assuming the customer wants to proceed with the quote they’ll need to drop it at your shop or post it to you. We just request you give the bike a basic once over to check for any major issues/damage

  5. We make an on the spot bank transfer payment for the bike to your business account

  6. The customer will then have these funds as a credit with you towards their next purchase

  7. We will book a courier to collect the bike

 

At no point do you need to mention Marcus’ Bikes, meaning you don’t risk losing sales to us. You are solely a middlemen in the operation
